Who will be the 1st pick of the 2021 Fall Kickball Draft League??

For the Fall season, we are doing a Draft league again. This will be very similar to a Fantasy draft, and conducted like the NFL draft. We will be placing all players on to a draft board and captains will draft players, with the order being set by a random draw. Please make sure you answer the questions on the registration form.

The league draft party will take place Tuesday, September 21st at 7pm at Wild Wing Cafe on Southside Blvd in the Tinseltown area. We encourage all players in the league to attend this draft.

Draft Q&A:



Who can be a captain?

Anyone signed up can volunteer to captain a team. The number of teams we will have (12-15 players per team) will determine number of captains needed. All captains will be designated before draft



How will the actual draft process work?

The rounds will rotate between male and female rounds until players run out.

All captains are also in the draft, however it will be pre determined which round they will be drafted by a JaxSport employee. The captains will not get to choose a player during the round that they are predetermined to be drafted in; (they are their pick that round).



Will I, and everyone else, know where I was drafted?

We will be having a draft party at Wild Wing Cafe. We will broadcasting live on Facebook, as well as commentating and announcing the draft at the restaurant. This is an event you will not want to miss. It will be very similar to an NFL draft style event. Come dressed to impress!



How will the captain know what positions I play? What if I have never played adult kickball or played in a JaxSport league?

During the sign up process on www.jaxsport.com, it will ask you what positions you’ve played and what former team you were on. This will help captains draft their team. If you have never played before, you can type that into the box where “position” played is asked. No matter how much or little experience you have, you will be drafted by a captain.



What if I want to play with my significant other?

During registration the first question asks, “Are you a Free Agent requesting to be on the same team as friend? If so, please list your friend’s name in this box.” If couples wish to play together, they are drafted by a captain using two, consecutive picks.
