In order to upload your *picture for your player pass, you must register for the JaxSport website (NOT THROUGH Active.com) by clicking the registration link on the left side of this page that reads:

 * Please make sure all player pictures are individual, clearly identifiable face shots.  Driver's license, passport or work/student id pictures are a good example.  Keep in mind this is how officials will verify that you are eligible to play in your game.  Let's try to keep all pictures as close a representation of what you currently look like.  Remember, no one is going to guess that that dirty, sweaty player is you in that glamor shot!
